节能减排——冲天炉创新的目标

摘要 针对目前冲天炉存在严重的热量浪费和污染物排放严重的问题,为了节能解排研究开发了"空气冷却强化预热单排龙卷风供风冲天炉":以空气冷却代替水冷却,以双向锥形预热带替代直筒形(热风胆)预热带,以单排风口替代二排及多排风口,以龙卷风供风替代直线形气流供风。实践证明这种冲天炉不仅给用户带来了明显的经济效益,同时为节能减排、保护环境带来了实际效果。 Aim at the problems of serious hot waste and pollutant emission in cupola, the air-cooling and strengthened- preheating single row twister air-supplying cupola was developed. In this cupola, water cooling was replaced with air cooling, straight preheating zone replaced with bidirectional taper preheating zone, two or multi-row tuyere replaced with single-row tuyere, linear air supplying replaced with cyclone supplying.The practice show this cupola not only bring obvious economic benefits to the consumer but also save energy, reduce emission and protect environment.
