摘要
目的探讨参与式教学法在民办高职学校基础护理教育中的应用效果。方法运用参与式教学法对48名三年制高职护生进行训练并培养其成为辅导其他学生的小老师,培训后对小老师的理论和操作及实践能力进行调查。结果经过参与式教学法训练后,小老师的理论、操作成绩和沟通、组织、表达等7项实践能力明显提高。结论"小老师活动"反映参与式教学法可以有效改善民办高职护生的学习状况与实践能力,可在民办高职基础护理教育中试行推广。
Objective To study the effects of participatory approach used in basic nursing teaching of private vocational education. Methods 48 nursing students were developed with participatory approach. And then they were cultivated to be "young tutors" to teaeh other students. Results After receiving the participatory approach, 48 nursing students got higher theoretical and operational marks. Besides, they performed quite well in communication, organization and expression, etc. Conclusion Through cultivating the "young tutors" to help the other students, we found that participatory approach can effeetively improve learning and practical abilities of private vocational nursing students. And it is worth widely promoting the participatory approach in any other basie nursing teaching of private vocational education.
