摘要
研究了热处理工艺对Ni-P-Cr2O3化学复合镀层组织与性能的影响。结果表明,复合镀层经400℃×1h处理后显微硬度最高。经600℃×1h处理具有较佳的耐磨性。经800℃×1h处理后仍具有较高的硬度和耐磨性。
The influence of heat treating process on the microstructure and properties of Ni-P-Cr_2O_3 electroless composite plating has been studied in this paper The results show that the composite plating can obtain the highest microhardness after heat treating at 400℃×1h and excellent wear resistance after heat treating at 600℃×1h.It retain high microhardness and wear resistance and corrosion resistance after heat treating at 800℃×1h
