蒸镀镍钛合金装饰膜的研究

Study on Vaccum Evaporated Decorative Film of Ti-Ni Alloy

利用物理气相沉积（ＰＶＤ）真空蒸镀法，研究镍钛合金装饰膜。结果表明，在玻璃基片上蒸镀的镍钛合金膜，不仅具有良好的光学性能，而且耐蚀、耐磨、附着力强，可用于建筑装璜等领域。

Vaccum evaporated film of Ti-Ni alloy has been studied in this paper.The experimental results show that the Ti-Ni alloy film on glass has good optical property and anticorrosion and resistance properties,and has also good adhesion performance.
