摘要 酚醛树脂覆膜砂壳法工艺已广泛地应用于铸造生产,并有着广阔的前景。目前对热塑性酚醛树脂的分子结构、改性、降低游离酚含量等方面的研究工作已取得了重大进展,工业发达国家已能够提供满足不同铸造生产要求的各类热塑性酚醛树脂。我国热塑性酚醛树脂的生产与国外相比差距较大,主要表现在品种单一,性能差和游离酚含量高等。 AbstractShell molding of phenol formaldehyde resin coated sand has been widely used in foundry and with prospective future.At present important progress in research abroad on molecular structure,modification,reduction of free phenol content of such resin in developed countries has been made with all kinds of resin delivered to different foundries.We are lagging behind in sectors as product type,performance and content of free phenol.
