摘要
目的:研究豨莶草不同提取部位对小鼠的毒性作用,明确豨莶草毒性部位。方法:用不同极性的溶剂石油醚、三氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇对豨莶草水煎干膏粉分离提取,观察对小鼠的毒性反应。结果:正丁醇部分组、水溶性部分组小鼠出现毒性反应。结论:毒性成分主要存在于极性大的溶剂中,即残留的水溶性部分及正丁醇部分。
Objective:To observe the toxic effect of different extracts of Herba Siegesbeckiae on mice. Methods:Solvent method was used to extract and separate Herba Siegesbeckiae to get petroleum ether,chloroform,ethyl acetate and n-butanol extracts, then toxic effect of extracts on mice were observed. Result:Toxic reactions were found in the mice of n-butanol extract group and water-soluble part group. Conclusion:Toxic components mainly exist in water-soluble part and n-butanol extract of Herba Siegesbeckiae.
