摘要
目的:建立中药材中阿魏酸含量的测定方法。方法:采用C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.3%醋酸(20∶80)为流动相,检测波长为320nm。结果:阿魏酸的线性范围为0.0285μg~0.513μg(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.17%,RSD为0.73%(n=6)。结论:该方法操作简便准确,重复性好,可以快速测定中药材中阿魏酸的含量。
Objective:To establish a method for determining the content of ferulic acid in Chinese herbs by HPLC. Methods:HPLC was performed on C18 column(4.6 mm×250mm, 5 μm)with aeetonitrile-0.3% acetic aeid(20:80)as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 320 nm. Results:The liner range of ferulie acid was 0.028 5 μg-0.513μg (r= 0.999 9), the average recovery rate was 98.17% and RSD was 0.73%(n=6). Conclusion :This method is simple,accurate,reproducible and can he used for the analysis of ferulic acid in Chinese herbs.
