摘要 目的:研究侧柏叶超临界流体提取挥发油后总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法:以出膏率和总黄酮含量作为指标,通过正交试验优选总黄酮提取条件。结果:最佳提取工艺条件为用8倍量的60%乙醇溶液回流提取3次,每次提取时间1h。采用该工艺进行试验,总黄酮的提取率约为3.79%。结论:试验表明该工艺稳定可靠,侧柏叶中挥发油和总黄酮成分的提取可以利用同一批药材进行,有利于植物资源的合理利用。 Objective:The best extraction technology of total flavones in cacumen platycladi was studied after essential oil in cacumen platycladi was extracted by supereritical fluial extraction. Methods:The optimum extraction technology was chosen through orthographic test design taking extract rate and the content of total flavones as indices. Results : The best extraction procedure was as follows: concentration of alcohol was 60%, liquid-solid rate was 8, extraction time was 1 h, extraction times were 3. The extraction rate of total flavones from cacumen platycladi was 3.79%. Conclusion :The experimentation shows that the technology is steady and reliable. Essential oil and total flavones in cacumen platycladi could be extracted with the same batch herbs, which is helpful for rational utilization of plant resources.
