摘要
从对高校教师职业和心理特点的分析来看,高校教师不仅需要经济契约式的管理,更需要心理契约式管理。目前,我国大多数地方性高校的师资队伍建设已成为制约其生存和发展的关键因素。针对当前我国地方性高校师资建设中存在的规划科学性不强、资金投入不足、学科结构布局不合理、学术梯队建设未到位等问题,地方性高校师资队伍建设应从加强校园文化建设、鼓励创新性教学、加强学术研究梯队建设等方面予以加强。
According to the analysis of the teacher's occupational and psychological characteristic in the university, we can find the teacher's need not only the economic contract management, but also the psychological contract management. At the present, teacher troops have been an important influence factor of existing and development in the local colleges and universities in China. There were some problems, for example, the plan was not scientific, funds was absent, study structure was not reasonable, academic troops construction was not perfect. Combining with the teacher's occupational and psychological characteristic, so we should strengthen campus culture construction, encourage innovation teaching, construct the academic troops.
