摘要
精品课程建设是我国高等学校提高教学质量的重要举措,也是我国高校教学改革的一种试验性尝试。经过近几年的推广实施显示,精品课程建设在我国一些高校并没有收到理想实效。究其原因,乃是精品课程建设的指导思想、实施手段存在偏误,精品课程评价机制与评价标准欠科学性,精品课程内涵品质的界定含混不清以及精品课程建设工作的急功近利所造成,从而使高校精品课程建设工作偏离了其实施的初衷。
Construetion of excellent courses is an essential part of the HETQRP (Higher Education Teaching Quality and Reform Project). It is also an experimental trial of higher education teaching reform. After several years' practice it shows a prominent effect. However, construction of such courses does not work within all colleges efficiently. The reasons may be lack of scientific criterion and mechanism of evaluation due to mistaken guiding ideas or practice methods, or ambiguous definition of the quality of excellent courses, or shortsighted construction etc. As a result, HETQRP in these circumstances may deviate from its original aim. This issue is going through discussions on several problems emerging in recent years while constructing excellent courses.
