村民委员会选举中存在的问题及对策研究

Problems in the Election of Villagers Committee and Its Countermeasures

村民委员会是村民的自治组织。村民委员会的民主选举是实现村民自治的前提,对构建和谐的社会主义新农村具有深远的影响。但在目前一些村委会的选举中,不同程度地存在着一些影响选举的问题。指出影响村委会选举中存在的问题并提出一些对策建议。

The villagers committee is a self-government organization and its democratic election is the prerequisite for realizing self-government by the villagers in the countryside, which is far-reaching for building a harmonious and new socialist countryside. But there still remains some problems which somewhat affects the present election of some villagers committee. This article points out the existing problems affecting the election of villagers committee and also put forward some countermeasures.
