退耕还林政策对参与农户利益的影响研究——基于对北京市密云县的调查

Impact of Grain for Green Project on the Benefit of the Household of Farmers-A Survey of Miyun County of Beijing City

以密云县为个案对退耕还林政策的实施给农民利益带来的影响进行了全面的分析研究。研究表明密云县的退耕还林工作取得了明显效果,但同时其可持续发展也正在经受考验。

This study chooses 83 households living in 9 villages in Miyun County and makes a very comprehensive study of the gain and loss of the peasant＇s interests in the implementation of grain for green project. The study shows that the project has made notable achievement and experience an austere test for the sustainable development.
