通过对一起国产12kVKYN手车式开关设备在冷备用状态下发生爆炸烧毁的故障原因分析和总结,指出目前运行的许多国产12kVKYN手车式母线提升柜存在结构性弱点,容易在天气骤变过程中出现凝露,发生绝缘闪络故障,并提出了改进建议。

By analysis and summary on an explosion of Chinese KYN type 12kV switchgear in cold standby condition, it points out, there are structural weaknesses in bus lifting cubicle of that type switchgear, especially, condensate dew is appeared when weather changes suddenly, and the insulation flashover fault should be happened. Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. To control insulation that type switchgear modification should be regarded for manufacturer and end user.
