摘要
分析了等离子喷涂逆变器在高电压大电流条件下，高频变压器参数设计和ＩＧＢＴ保护问题。试验研究表明：该逆变器的各项性能指标可满足等离子喷涂工艺的要求。
The designing parameters of high frequency transformer and the protecting IGBT in plasma spraying inverter with high voltage and large current is analyzed in this paper. The test verifies that all technical performances of the inverter can meet the demand of plasma spraying process.
