发展县域经济要走产业互动、工农互动、城乡相融的协调发展之路。着力培植集群式产业、支撑型龙头企业、创新型产业体系、现代化三产、规范化发展环境,推动工业科学发展;打破城乡和区域分割的体制,变"版图经济"为"板块经济";切实做好富裕农民、转移农民、安定农民、提升农民、服务农民等"五篇文章",促进城乡统筹发展;牢固树立以人为本的执政理念,高度重视和改善民生;立足历史文化资源和文化地域特色加强文化建设,着力提升县域经济发展的"软实力"。

Developing county economy should take the course of harmonious development that industries interact among each other, industry and agriculture interact, urban cities and rural areas intermingle. To do this, great efforts must be taken to foster cluster industry, supporting leading enterprises, innovative industry sectors, modernized primary industry, secondary industry and tertiary industry, standardized development environment to promote the scientific development of industries. We should also break the system that urban cities and rural areas are separated, regions are separated, convert the domain economy into sector economy;earnestly solve the problem of enriching farmers, transferring farmers, stabilizing farmers, promoting farmers and serving farmers to advance the overall development of rural cities and rural areas. Meanwhile, we should firmly establish the people oriented executive concept, accord great importance to people＇s livelihood and try to make it better. Apart from that,we should base ourselves on historical and cultural resources and cultural characteristics of the place to strengthen cultural construction and vigorously enhance the ＂soft power＂ of county economy.
