课程建设是一项艰巨而复杂的工程，而师资队伍建设是课程建设的载体和先导。建设一支年龄结构、学历和职称结构、学缘结构合理的高水平师资队伍是课程建设的首要任务。通过建立青年教师导师制、开展教学改革研究、优化教材建设、科学研究等多种机制提高师资队伍的教学素质和综合业务素质，现在已经取得了显著成果，为课程建设奠定了基础，并提供了有力的保障。

Curriculum construction is a difficult and complicated program,and its leader and supporter is the teaching faculty. The primary mission is how to build a high-level team of teachers with optimal structures in age, academic qualification, rank or title, ratio and their organization. Therefore, to improve the teaching quality and overall professional competence of teachers,we took different measures, such as establishing a system with supervisors for young teachers, developing the study of teaching reformation, optimizing the editing of teaching material etc. And now we have achieved remarkable results through our effort, which establishes the basis and provides an effective guarantee for curriculum construction.
