全纳教育让山区小学生享受快乐幸福的品质教育

摘要 学校应该创造积极向上的整体氛困,让学校充满朝气,让不同层次的学生感受到快乐,让学生得到尊重、关爱。我们将学生的特点作为优点,关注学生的不同个性。从长坑小学在资源极为匮乏的情形出发,从学校的师资、场地、经费和学生需要等实际条件出发,倡导和建设以“小、精、实”为特色的校园文化活动。充分利用大众媒体,加强学校、家庭、社会三方面的相互配合和支持。建设全纳教育理念下的小学生品质教育。 The school should create the positive upward overall atmosphere, lets the school fill vitality, lets the different level the student feels joyfully, lets the student obtain the respect, show loving concern. We take student's characteristic the merit, pays attention to student's different individuality. From a long-range point of view the pit elementary school embarks in the resources extremely deficient situation, from the school teachers, the location, the funds and the student needs and so on the actual condition to embark,initiative and construction take "small, fine, solid" as characteristic campus culture activity. Uses the populace media fully, strengthens the school, the'family, the social three aspect mutual coordinations and the support. Constructs all accepts under the education idea the elementary student quality education.
