本文从目前社会对具有创新能力人才的需求入手，追溯其哲学、教育学及心理学理论渊源，并通过实验研究，探讨大学英语教师课堂行为对学生创新能力培养影响的因素，最终提出可操作性的建议。

From the perspective of the social needs for creative talents, this paper traces back to its theoretical roots in philosophy, education, and psychology. Through an experimental study, the author aims at finding out the factors affecting the cultivation of students＇ creative ability by college English teacher＇s classroom behaviors.
