The Effect of Si on the Wettability of Al-SiC System

用座滴法测定了真空条件下Al－9％Si、Al－13％Si、Al－18％Si三种铝合金与SiC的润湿角。并运用XRD、SEM、EDS等方法分析和探讨了Si对改善Al－SiC润湿性的作用机理。

The contact angles of molten Al alloys,Al-9%Si,Al-13%Si and Al-18%Si with SiC are measured by the sessile drop method in vacuum. The results that the addition of Si enhances wettability of Al-SiC are achieved byXRD,SEM,EDS analysis ect.
