摘要
采用真空钎焊方法,以航空发动机涡轮叶片用材料(GH1035)为研究对象,通过运用倾斜焊缝,根据焊缝组织随焊缝宽度的变化而改变的特点,确定最佳焊缝间隙区间,并从剪切强度试验结果及微观组织角度进行验证,证实本实验方法简便、结果可信,可以用来确定共晶钎料最佳钎缝间隙.
This paper introduces a method to determine the most appropriate brazing joint clearance. With the vacuum brazing method and the research target as the material GH1035 of aero engine brazing joint, according to feature that the brazing joint macrostructure change when turbo vane, by using gradient brazing joint width change, it is determined that the optimize brazing joint clearance. It is substantiated by the result of cut intensity and microstructure that the method is simple, convenient and believable which determine the most appropriate clearance.
