摘要 本文在介绍我国制造商与供应商竞争关系现状的基础上,针对独立的供应商定价决策和制造商订货决策问题,建立了制造商主导合作伙伴关系的两阶段博弈模型,分析讨论了双方建立战略合作伙伴关系的必然性和可能性,并提出了制造商与供应商在建立战略合作伙伴关系的过程中应该注意的三个问题. The actualities of competition relationship introduced, and a two-stage game model for establishing between manufacturers and vendors in our country were manufacturer-dominant partnership was advanced. Then we analyzed and demonstrated the necessity and probability of establishing strategic partnership between them, and advanced three problems that manufacturers and vendors should pay attention to in the process of building strategic partnership.
