摘要
探讨了铸铁结合剂金刚石(CIB—D)砂轮磨削时的磨削比、磨削力、砂轮使用寿命、磨损机理以及电解修整的方法。研究表明,用这种砂轮磨削难加工材料时具有很高的效率和很长的刀具使用寿命,而且,通过对切削力的研究,探讨了这种砂轮的磨钝标准。最后,对这种砂轮的电解修整方法进行了初步研究,基本摸清了电解修整基本规律及其参数。
In this paper,the grinding perforrnances of cast iron bonded(CIB) diamond wheel was investigated. This paper studied the grinding force .grinding ratio, redress life of wheel .wear mechanisms,and method of electrolytic dressing .when grinding diffcult -to-cut materials with CIB diamond wheel. The study show that the grinding process is high efficiency,and the re-dress life of wheel is long. In addition .the electiolytic dressing characters are presented .and electrolytic dressing para metersare rccommended.
