金刚石品质分散性对锯切过程的影响研究

Influence of Diamond Quality Disparity upon the Sawing and Cutting Characteristics

在分析锯切用金刚石特点的基础上，探讨了不同质量金刚石的工作过程和对制造参数的不同需求。比较了混合质量和相对单一质量金刚石的使用效果和工作过程，探讨了不同质量金刚石的选用原则。指出要提高锯片的银切性能应尽量减少金刚石的品质分散性。

Based on the analyse of the characteristics of diamonds used for sawing granite, cutting processes of diamonds of different qualities and their different demands during manufacturing have been discussed. Sawing effects of diamonds with mixed quality and comparatively single quality have been compared. Some ideas have been discussed fOr choOSing diamonds of different quality and a proposal for decreasing quality disparity of diamonds has been put forward for increasing sawblade performance.
