摘要
本文分析了金刚石锯片切割过程中的受力状况和掉齿机理，提出了一种检测中径金刚石锯片焊接强度的仪器和标准，并就两种具有不同含银量的锯片进行实验，结果表明二者同样具有良好的焊接性能。
The mechanicnl analysis and cutting off mechanism of medium diameter diamond saw blade when cutting stone are disscussed in the paper. An instrument and the standard used to control the welding strength of the segment of diamond saw blade are introduced and, by using two kinds of solders with different Ag content, we observed that both of them have good brazing performance.
