摘要
介绍了2010年上海世博会燃料电池汽车项目散热器模块的设计方案,通过理论计算得到了各散热器的散热量,基本满足设计要求。为进一步了解汽车前舱内各部件的传热及流场特性,对汽车发动机前舱进行了CFD仿真研究。最后通过散热器性能试验验证了方案设计的可行性,并对散热器的结构进行了改进。
The scheme of radiator in fuel cell vehicle for the World Expo 2010 in Shanghai was introduced in the paper. The heat transfer quantities of radiators were calculated and it agreed with the designed requirement. To deeply study the heat transfer of components in engine cabin, CFD simulation was performed to get the temperature and flow field. Last, the feasibility of scheme was validated through performance experiment of radiator and the structure of radiator was improved.
