棕刚玉磨料反常膨胀原因的研讨

摘要 对陶瓷磨具生产中产生网状裂纹的A60#磨料(以下简称为1#)和正常的白鸽牌A60#磨料(以下简称为2#)同时进行全面理化分析。用LCP-1型热膨胀仪进行线膨胀测定发现,1#磨料有明显反常膨胀现象,2#磨料热膨胀具有良好线性;即而对两种磨料进行X-射线衍射分析,发现1#磨料中确有TiC、TiN物相存在,进一步研究发现两种非氧钛化物在加热过程中氧化后变成非晶态TiO2,产生较大的体积变化,是造成磨料反常膨胀的主要原因。 A60# abrasive (1# ) which may cause nety crack during the firing of vitrified abrasive wheel and normal white Dove Brand A60# (2# ) are analysed by physical and chemical test. Thermal expension is measured with LCP - 1 thermal expension analyser. It is found that 1# abrasive had obvious non-normal expension, and 2# abrasive's thermal expension was well linear. The XRD test showed that there was TiC,TiN phase in C2 abrasive and two non-oxidate titanized compounds were changed into noncrystalline titinia while they were heated, which led to volume change, thus caused the non-normal expension of abrasive.
