一种新型醇酸树脂合成用催化剂的应用研究

Research and Application of A New Indium in the Preparation of the Alkyd Resin

选用三氯化铟为催化剂,将其应用于废涤纶聚酯醇解制备聚酯多元醇和涤纶改性醇酸树脂制备过程中。通过研究发现:分别使用质量分数为0.1%和0.03%的三氯化铟,可以完成聚酯多元醇和涤纶改性醇酸树脂的制备,生产工艺简单,节省成本且产品性能可满足使用要求。

In the presence of the indium trichloride, poly-atomic alcohol and the alkyd resin was prepared and modified by the waste PET. The experimental results stated that the optimum conditions of the processes were the weight ratio of the indium were 0.1% and 0.03%. The polymerization technology had many advantages such as simple technology, low cost and excellent product property.
