摘要 建立了便携式GC-MS测定空气中37种挥发性有机物(VOCs)的方法,采用便携式GC-MS配置的手持探头采集大气样品,然后用便携式GC-MS进行检测。该方法能快速、有效地对空气中的37种挥发性有机物进行定性和定量,具有相关性好(r>0.995)、检出限低(0.070×10-9~0.94×10-9(体积分数))、精密度好(RSD小于7.7%)、准确度高(回收率为92%~114%)的特点,适用于大气中挥发性有机污染物的应急监测。 A portable gas chromatography and mass spectrometry (GC - MS ) was carried out to analvze 37 volatile organic compounds(VOCs) in air. A hand-hold probe, which was attached to the portable GC - MS was used to gather air sample, then the sample was detected with portable GC - MS. The standard curves for all compounds showed good correlation coefficient of more than 0. 995 in their line- ar range. The detection limits were in the range of 0. 070 x 10-9 _ 0.94 x I0-9( by volume). A good analytical precision with RSD within 7.7% and excellent accuracy with the average recoveries of 92%- 114% were obtained. The method could be successfully applied for in-situ determination of VOCs in environmental emergency monitoring due to its fast and easy processing.
