摘要
对焊接管的电偶腐蚀行为进行了研究。从复变函数理论出发得到了管内壁腐蚀电流的一个解析解。文中还对焊接管直径和焊缝宽度的变化对腐蚀电流的影响进行了讨论。
By means of complex variable function theory, an analytical solution of couple corrosion current inside the tube with a longitudinal weld was obtained. The system was simplified as two dimensional. The effect of tube diameter and weld width on couple corrosion current was examined. For a fixed weld width, the larger the tube diameter, the larger the corrosion current |it| within the weld while the smaller the current beyond the weld. For a given tube diameter, the wider the weld, the smaller the corrosion current |it| within the weld, while the larger the current beyond the weld. As a conclusion, when a welded tube was exposed to corrosive environment, the effects of weld width and tube diameter on couple corrosion current should on no account be neglected.
