摘要
多年来,H=F-(R^2-L^2)^(1/2)被认为是中小直径薄壁管超声水浸聚焦探伤法的最佳水声程公式.但实际探伤中最佳水声程和由此式计算出来的理论最佳水声程有时出入较大.对此原因进行了分析,并提出了确定最佳声程的方法.
Of recent years, H = F-R2-L2^(1/2) has been considered as optimum formula of acoustic length in water for ultrasonic testing of thin-wall tubes. But in practice, there are obvious errors between the calculating results from the formula and the optimum data from experiments. The causes resulting the errors are analyzed and the method for determining optimum lenth is given.
