产业集群竞争力:基于温台模式转型升级的理性思考

Industrial Clusters Competitiveness Based on Rational Thinking of the Transition and Upgrading of the Wen——Tai Model

温州市、台州市以产业集群发展为特色的区域经济发展模式,被著称为"温台模式"。自2007年以来,在能源和原材料涨价、劳动力成本上升、人民币升值、国际金融危机等特殊时代背景下,温台区域的大量企业陷入停产、半停产或倒闭的窘态,引起社会各界广泛关注。本文从产业集群竞争力的角度来分析温台模式存在的问题,认为转型升级是温台模式发展的必然选择,并为其转型升级提出了现实的途径和措施。

The Regional economic development pattern of Wenzhou and Taizhou Cities isa development model of industrial clusters development, and it is has been called as the ＂Wen-Tai Model＂ in China . Since 2007, with the peculiar background such as price rising in the sources of energy, raw materials and labour force, RMB appreciation, international financial crisis and so on, many enterprises had been stopping production, or partly-stopping production and some even closing down in Wenzhou and Taizhou areas. It is aroused broad attention of the people of all circles. This article analyzed the problems of the Wen-Tai Model in the view of the competition of industrial clusters, and believed that transition and upgrading are the necessary choices for development of Wen-Tai Model, and put forward some channels and measures.
