摘要
服务型企业的竞争优势有两种表现形式:低成本和差异化。服务型企业可以通过组织学习和持续创新来提高企业的竞争优势。对服务型企业来说,发展与顾客的关系相当重要,而学习作为经验的累积过程,对发展与顾客的关系起着十分重要的作用;创新是核心能力最重要的形成机制,服务型企业的创新可以从价值创新、技术创新、组织创新和管理创新等方面入手,这些创新的综合结果必然是企业竞争优势的提高。
there are two representing forms of competitive advantage in service-oriented enterprises, low cost and differentiation. Service-oriented enterprises can enhance their competitive advantage through organizing learning and continuous innovation. It's very important to develop the relationship with customers for service-oriented enterprises. As the process of experience accumulating, learning is very important to develop good relationship with customers. Innovation is the most important formation mecha- nism of core ability. So, it's the necessity to raise enterprise competitive advantage for service-oriented enterprises to innovate from the aspects of valuable, technological, organizational and management innovations.
