Observation and Analysis of the Treatment of Adolescents' Class Ⅱ Malocclusion with Sander Ⅱ Appliance

摘要 目的研究SanderⅡ型矫治器治疗青少年下颌后缩的临床疗效。方法选择16例青少年下颌后缩患者,男性6例,女性10例,采用SanderⅡ型矫治器矫治。在治疗前后拍摄头颅侧位片,对治疗前后X线头影测量片中11项硬组织指标进行配对t检验。结果治疗后SNB平均增加1.81°,ANB平均减小2.19°,L1-X平均增加5.96mm,其变化具有统计学意义。MP-SN,U1-SN等指标改变不明显。结论SanderⅡ型矫治器有效地促进下颌骨的生长发育,协调上下颌骨的位置关系,改善下颌后缩面型。 Objective To evaluate the effect of the treatment of adolescents' Class Ⅱ malocclusion with Sander Ⅱ appliance. Methods 16 cases of adolescents' Class Ⅱ Malocclusion with mandibular retrusion from clinic patients including 6 male and 10 female are selected and treated with Sander Ⅱ appliance. Their cephalometric radiographs before and after treatment were compared in terms of 11 hard-tissue indicators. Results After the treatment, SNB increased 1.81° averagely, while ANB decreased 2.19° averagely and LI-X averagely increased 5.96 mm which showing distinguished improvement. Conclusion Sander Ⅱ appliance is distinctively effective in the treatment of adolescents'early Class Ⅱ malocclusion with significant improvement of Class Ⅱ profile.
