摘要
连铸中间包在最后净化钢水和稳定连铸的操作中起重要作用。改进中间包结构,采用坝、堰等控流装置、吹气搅拌、覆盖剂、喂丝、过滤器、加热等冶金技术,可以有效提高钢水清洁度和铸坯质量。
The tundish metallurgy played an important role in purifying molten steel and stabilizing CC operation. The steel cleanness and billet quality could be further improved by the metallurgical techniques such as designing the tundish with reasonable dam construction, gas stirring, covering slag, wire feeding, fil tering and heating.
