摘要 目的探讨在CT定位引导下应用经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗胸腰椎骨质疏松性压缩骨折的安全性及临床疗效。方法对收治的18名胸腰椎骨质疏松性压缩骨折的患者,进行了CT定位引导下经皮椎体后凸成形术的治疗,共22个椎体,术后观测症状改善、骨水泥渗漏及并发症情况。结果18例22个椎体在CT定位引导下穿刺准确率达100%,手术操作时间30~45min。1例患者发生骨水泥渗漏(发生率4.54%)。患者术后疼痛症状均明显改善,无并发症发生。结论在CT定位引导下行经皮椎体后凸成形术操作简便、安全、并发症少。 Objective To evaluate the security and efficacy of percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP) guided by CT in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture. Methods PKP was performed under the guidance of CT in 18 patients with 22 vertebrae involvement. The pain relief, complications and postoperative radiographs were observed after operation. Results The accuracy of percutaneous punctures was 100% in all injured vertebrae of 18 patients. In one case, polymethy methacrylate leaked into the side of the vertebra. No complications were found and pain alleviated in all patients. Conclusion PKP guided by CT is effective, secure and simple in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture.
