鼻内镜手术中局麻药加小剂量肾上腺素对血流动力学的影响 被引量:1

摘要 鼻内镜手术是耳鼻咽喉科近年来广泛开展的一项手术,术中要求止痛效果完善,且术野清晰。鼻黏膜血运丰富给术中的止血过程造成了一定的困难,临床选用麻醉药物加小剂量的缩血管药物肾上腺素进行鼻黏膜下多点局部浸润注射,止痛又止血。但是鼻黏膜的丰富血运也使得麻醉药物和肾上腺素的吸收加快,引起明显的血流动力学变化.易发生心血管系统的相关并发症。现探讨鼻内镜手术全麻中肾上腺素对血流动力学的影响。报道如下。
