摘要 在自密实混凝土的基础上,考虑轻骨料吸水的影响,配制了密度小于1 950 kg/m3的自密实轻骨料混凝土(SCLC),采用EFNARC 2005建议的方法开展了强度等级为SCLC40,SCLC50的自密实轻骨料混凝土工作性能试验研究.分别通过V型漏斗、流动扩展度、L槽、U型槽、筛分、柱分层及表面沉降试验对自密实轻骨料混凝土的流动性、变形性、填充性和抗离析性进行了评价,对自密实轻骨料混凝土的工作性能进行了验证. Two kinds of self-compacting lightweight concretes(SCLC), of which densities are less than 1 950 kg/m^3, were designed based on the method of ordinary self-compacting concrete, considering the water absorption of lightweight coarse aggregate. The workability of SCLC40 and SCLC50 was studied using the methods suggested by EFNARC 2005. The fluidity, deformability, filling ability and segregation resistance were evaluated by using the V-funnel test, slump flow test, L-box test, U-box test, sieve segregation test, column segregation test and surface settlement test. The workability was validated through these experimental studies and the adopted test methods could provide some references for the research and application of self-compacting lightweight concretes.
