异时对称多原发性牙源性角化囊性瘤——特殊基底细胞痣综合征1例

Asynchronous Symmetrical Multiple Primary Keratocystic Odontogenic Tumor:A Specific Case of Basal Cell Nevus Syndrome

目的探讨异时对称多发性牙源性角化囊性瘤的早期诊断和治疗。方法回顾分析总结1例病史长达10年余的异时对称多原发性牙源性角化囊性瘤的临床特征和影像学资料。结果异时对称多原发性牙源性角化囊性瘤的临床表现多为颌骨膨大,且易术后复发。结论利用异时对称多原发性观点可早期诊断颌骨其它不同部位的微小原发性角化囊性瘤病灶。

Objective To investigate the early diagnosis and therapy for asynchronous symmetrical multiple primary keratocystic odontogenic tumor （ASMPKCOT）. Methods The clinical and radiological features of a ASMPKCOT were analyzed retrospectively with a 10 years＇ follow-up. Results Clinically, most of the ASMPKCOT appeared as swollen jaw bones, and recurred easyly. Conclusion Basing on the theory of ＂Asynchronous Symmetrical Multiple Primary＂, the minor primary lesions of odontogenic keratotic cystoma in other regions can be diagnosed earlier.
