摘要
使用一种新的抗菌剂——4-(2-苯并噻唑基亚氨甲基)苯氧乙酸的铜配合物(简称CCBMP),以喷洒的方式加入到鞋衬里革中,并采用抑菌圈法和抑菌率法测定了鞋衬里革对从鞋内分离出来的霉菌、细菌和酵母菌的抑制效果,结果表明:当该化合物在鞋衬里革中的含量为18.68g/kg时,鞋衬里革对混合细菌、混合霉菌和混合酵母菌的抑菌率,分别为99.83%、99.98%和99.99%,而要形成清晰的抑菌圈,它在鞋衬里革中的含量则要到达37.59g/kg。
The new antimicrobial agent - copper(H) complex of 4 - [ (2 -benzothiazolylimino) methyl] phenoxyacetic acid was applied to the shoe lining leather by spraying, and the inhibitory effects of the treated leather against moulds, yeasts and bacteria were evaluated by the inhibition zone method and the inhibition ratio method. The results show that the inhibition ratio against mixed bacteria, mixed moulds and mixed yeasts of leather containing 18.68 g · kg^-1 of the antimicrobial agent can reach to 99.83% ,99.98% and 99.99% respectively. And to form clear inhibition zones, the content of this agent in the leather should be no less than 37.59 g · kg^-1.
