摘要
探讨了不同干燥条件对皮革雾化性能的影响。结果表明:不同干燥剂对皮革干燥能力的大小顺序依次为:五氧化二磷>硅胶>氧化钙>氯化钙,试样平衡失重率分别为五氧化二磷45.03%、硅胶44.96%、氧化钙37.33%、氯化钙34.97%,不同干燥剂前3h的干燥速率最大,前24h可脱去总脱水量的98%;干燥时间长,试样水分含量低,雾化值高;硅胶可以代替五氧化二磷,干燥时间为2d,但必须注意硅胶的使用状态、注明干燥剂的种类和干燥时间。
Efluences of different desiccants on fogging characteristics were discussed. The results show that the order of drying capacity of differient desiccants on leather is P2O5 〉 Silica gel 〉 CaO 〉 CaCl2 ; the rate of weight loss of them are 45.03% ,44. 96% ,37.33% and 34.97% respectively; the drying rate of the fist 3 hours of them is the bigest, and the 98% of total water is dehydrated at the first 24 hours. As more drying time is needed, less water content in it, the fogging value of leather become higher. P2O5 can be replaced by Silica gel , the drying time 2 dayes, but using state of silica gel must be noticed and the kind of desiccant and drying time should also be appeared in the text as footnotes.
