摘要 为了探讨扩张型心肌病(DCM)与氧自由基(OFR)的关系,测定了60例DCM患者血浆LPO,红细胞SOD,全血GSHPX,并计算GSHPX/LPO比值。结果:DCM患者LPO明显高于对照组,SOD及GSH-PX、GSHPX/LPO明显低于对照组,心功能IV者LPO明显高于心功能Ⅰ、Ⅱ级者。心功能Ⅲ、Ⅳ者SOD明显低于心功能Ⅰ、Ⅱ级者。心功能分级与LPO明显正相关,与SOD、GSH-PX/LPO明显负相关。结论:DCM患者存在明显脂质过氧化损伤;且心衰越重越明显。提示OFR可能参与了DCM及其心衰的形成与发展。 In order to research the relation of dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM) and oxygen free radical(OFR), plasma lipid peroxides(LPO), red blood cell(RBC) superoxide dismutase(SOD) and blood glutathione peroxidase(GSHPX) in 60 patients with DCM were measured and the ratio of GSHPX/LPO was counted Results: The levels of plasma LPO in these patients were significantly higher than that in controls while the levels of RBC SOD and GSHPX were significantly lower, and the ratios of GSHPX/LPO were significantly lower too The levels of plasma LPO in the patients with cardiac function grade Ⅳ were significantly higher than that in the patients with cardiac function grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ but the levels of RBC SOD in the patients with cardiac function grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ were significantly lower than that in the patients with cardiac function gradeⅠand Ⅱ Cardiac function grade was in positive correlation with the levels of plasma LPO and in negative correlation with the levels of RBC SOD and the ratios of GSHPX/LPO Conclusion: Lipid peroxidation occurs in the DCM patients ,as the heart function deteriorated the lipid peroxidation increased The results indicate that OFR may play a role in formation and development of DCM and it's heart failure
