结直肠癌患者血清血管生成素-2含量检测的临床意义 被引量：6

摘要 血管生成在肿瘤发生、发展中具有重要作用，不仅为肿瘤生长提供营养物质，也是重要的转移方式，其活跃程度与肿瘤的浸润转移及预后密切相关。新近发现的血管生成素-2（angiopoietin-2，Ang-2）及其受体系统是调节肿瘤血管生成的重要途径。研究证实，不同来源的肿瘤组织及肿瘤细胞系均有Ang-2mRNA的表达，且特异表达于肿瘤边缘的血管重建区，参与肿瘤血管新生的起始及延续过程，
