结直肠癌患者血清血管生成素-2含量检测的临床意义 被引量:6

摘要 血管生成在肿瘤发生、发展中具有重要作用,不仅为肿瘤生长提供营养物质,也是重要的转移方式,其活跃程度与肿瘤的浸润转移及预后密切相关。新近发现的血管生成素-2(angiopoietin-2,Ang-2)及其受体系统是调节肿瘤血管生成的重要途径。研究证实,不同来源的肿瘤组织及肿瘤细胞系均有Ang-2mRNA的表达,且特异表达于肿瘤边缘的血管重建区,参与肿瘤血管新生的起始及延续过程,
