梅毒性直肠炎误诊恶性淋巴瘤一例及文献复习
摘要
梅毒性直肠炎为性传播疾病，由苍白螺旋体感染直肠黏膜所致，通常无特殊临床和组织形态学改变，与常见的直肠疾病症状、体征类似，国外有报道误诊为恶性淋巴瘤、克罗恩病、溃疡性直肠炎及直肠癌等。现将我院误诊的1例报道如下并行文献复习。
