内镜逆行胰胆管造影术后胰腺炎的预防 被引量：1

摘要 内镜逆行胰胆管造影（endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography，ERCP）是最常用的内镜诊疗技术之一，但术后约75％的患者可出现血清淀粉酶升高，其中约5％患者伴有腹痛等临床症状，称为ERCP术后胰腺炎（post ERCP pancreatitis，PEP）。虽多为轻至中度，但仍有0．4％-0．6％的患者发生重症急性胰腺炎。目前PEP仍然是ERCP的主要并发症和术后死亡的主要原因，
