摘要
从福建建新花卉基地采集表现茎腐症状的斑叶露兜树病株,采用常规方法分离获得10个镰刀菌菌株;经Booth镰刀菌鉴定方法及菌株的rDNA-ITS序列分析,确定为串珠镰刀菌(Fusarium verticil-lioides)。将所鉴定的菌株回接健康斑叶露兜树,植株表现茎腐病症状。将斑叶露兜树无症株(AS)与病株(S)分段取样,研究该菌在植株体内的数量分布。结果表明,含菌量因植株部位和发病状态不同而有显著差异。经不同部位取样分析,无症株和病株均表现为茎部含菌量最高,根部次之,叶部最低;在不同发病状态的植株中,病株的含菌量显著高于无症株。
The objectives of this study were to isolate and identify the pathogen which caused stem rot of Pandanus veitchii, and to determine the amount of this pathogen inside the plant. The diseased plants showing symptoms of stem rot were collected from Jianxin, Fujian Province. Ten isolates of microorganism were obtained and identified as Fusarium verticillioides by Booth's method and sequence of rDNA-ITS. And, the results of pathogenicity testing confirmed that these isolates were pathogen of P. veitchii. Meanwhile, comparative investigation was conducted on the amount of F. verticillioides inside the symptomatic and asymptomatic plants of P. veitchii. It was found that the amounts of the pathogen in the stem were higher than those of in roots and leaves. The pathogens in the symptomatic plants were significantly more than those in the asymptomatic plants.
