摘要 目的]研究苄醇类化合物的氯代反应。[方法]采用氯化亚砜一三乙胺-DMF体系对苄醇类化合物进行氯代反应。[结果]结果表明,苄醇类化合物在氯化亚砜-三乙胺-DMF体系中反应2.0~40min时,收率为92%~98%,副产物少,无焦化产物。[结论]氯化亚砜-三乙胺-DMF体系具有良好的反应收率,且反应时间短,条件温和,对于苄醇的氯代反应速率快。 [ Objective] The propose was to study chlorination of benzalcohol derivatives. [ Method]The chlorination of benzyl alcohol was made with pro- tochloride-sulfone-triethylamine-DMF system. [ Result]The results indicated that the yield was 92% - 98% when the time of chlorination reaction between benzalcohol derivatives and pmtechloride-sulfone-triethylamine-DMF was 20 -40 min. The outgrowth was less,and non-coking products. [ Conclusion]Experiments showedthat the system of pmtochloride-sulfone-triethylamine-DMF have excellent reaction yield, the short reaction time, mild conditions and faster speed.
