摘要 [目的]研究活性炭对香石竹试管苗继代培养的影响,寻求最适香石竹试管苗增殖的活性炭用量,为组培苗培养基的改良提供一些有益的参考。[方法]将材料分别转接在活性炭浓度为0,2、4、6g/L的培养基中,观察不同浓度活性炭对香石竹试管苗芽增殖数量和速度、株高、节间距及玻化率的影响。[结果]当活性炭浓度在2~4g/L时,能显著提高试管苗的芽数、芽的增殖速率和株高,但对茎节段数的增加无明显作用。在培养基中加入活性炭可显著地降低试管苗的玻化率。[结论]活性炭对香石竹试管苗的增殖和降低玻璃苗有一定的作用。 [ Objective ] The research aimed to study the effects of different concentrations of active carbon on multiplication of Dianthus caryophyllus L. and fred the most suitable amount,and provide references for the improvement of successive transfer culture medium. [Method] The explants were inoculated respectively in the culture medium containing different eoneentmtions of active carbon, and the proliferation number and rate of bud, plant height, rnerithal distance and vitrification rate planflet were observed. [ Result] When the active carbon concentration was 2 -4 g/L,it could increase the proliferation number, rate of bud and plant height significantly,but had no obvious effect on the number of stem segment. It could reduce the vitrification rote of plantlet. [ Conclusion] Active carbon can promote the proliferation number and rate,and reduce vitrification effectively in the multiplication culture of Dianthus caryophyllus L. .
