半夏组织培养中降低成本的研究

Research on the Cost-reducing in Pinellia Tissue Culture

[目的]降低半夏组织培养的生产成本,提高经济效益。[方法]从培养基的组成、培养器皿的选择以及培养条件几方面分别进行了试验研究,同时还研究确定了适宜半夏增殖的温度和光照条件。[结果]试验得出,采用食用白糖代替蔗糖、软化处理的自来水代替蒸馏水以及果酱瓶代替兰花瓶等措施进行半夏的组织培养,在生产中对半夏的生长无显著的影响,组织培养效果相似。[结论]在大规模工厂化生产半夏组培苗时,采用效果相同但价格较低的替代材料可以显著降低生产成本。

[ Objective] To reduce the preduction cost in the culturing of Pinellia tissue and increase economic benefits. [ Method] The experiment in the medium,culture container and culture condition for Pinellia tissue culture were conducted and the appropriate temperature and light condition for Pinellias proliferation were confirmed. [ Results] The result indicated that the normal sugar, softened tap water and jam bottle could be used for Pinellia tissue culture. In actual production of Pinellia seedling, there was no obvious effect on its growth. [ Conclusion] The materials with low cost and same results should be adopted in the large-scale factory production of Pinellia seedling through the tissue culture technique, which can significantly reduce the production cost.
