摘要
[目的]研究尖海龙提取物的免疫调节活性。[方法]制备尖海龙提取物,用密度梯度离心法分离人外周血淋巴细胞(PBMC),将海龙提取物作用于PBMC,观察PBMC的形态、细胞增殖率,同时检测经尖海龙提取物诱导后细胞因子的生成。[结果]结果表明,尖海龙提取物作用后PBMC圆形、发亮,正常生长并有增殖,随着时间的延长,细胞出现多形的活化状态;经尖海龙提取物诱导的效应细胞中可检测出IL-2和TNF-r细胞因子。[结论]尖海龙提取物具有免疫调节活性,在癌症的治疗与预防方面具有应用价值。
[ Objective]The purpose was to study whether S. acus Linnaeus has immuno-modulating activity on human lymphocytes in vitro. [ Methods] S.acus Linnaeus was chosen,and human PBL proliferation blood was separated by density gradient centrifugation, which they were regarded as experimental material. Experiments were made to Observe human PBL proliferation and whether cytokine was produced in response to S. acus Linnaeus stimulation which could indicate the immuno-modulating activity of S. acus IAnnaeus extract. [Result] The results indicated that after S. acus Linnaeus extract stimulated, the PBMC could grow normally. The eels were bright,round and could reproduce. With the passage of time,multiform PBMC was observed. Some interfeon such as IL-2 and TNF-r could be examined. [Conclusion] From above it can be concluded that S. acus linnaeus has immuno-modulafing activity on human lynrphocytes in vitro and will have a perfect future in the fields of treatment and prevention of cancer.
