畜禽液态复合益生菌肠泰素的研制与应用

Preparation and Utilization of the Fluid Synthetic Probiotics Changtaisu for Livestock and Poultry

[目的]研究畜禽液态复合益生菌肠泰素的制备与应用。[方法]采用混合同步发酵工艺进行试验。[结果]结果表明,制备的液态复合益生菌肠泰素,乳酸含量达2.1 mg/ml,蛋白酶活力达565 IU/ml,淀粉酶活力达673 IU/ml,益生菌总数达1.22×109个/ml,保质期达12个月。添加肠泰素2%饲喂,猪和肉鸡增重分别提高6.1%和5.5%,防治仔猪白痢和雏鸡白痢的有效率分别为96.6%和94.5%。[结论]畜禽液态复合益生菌肠泰素各项技术指标达到行业标准,对畜禽具有显著的增重、防治腹泻和降低粪臭等效果。

[Objective] The research aimed to study the preparation and utilization of the fluid synthetic provioties Changtaisu for livestock and poultry. [ Method ] Mixed and synchronous fermentation was used to do the test. [ Result] The results showed that the tactic acid content of the fluid synthetic probiotics liouid was 2.1 mg/ml, the prolease activity was 565 IU/ml, the diastasum activity was 673 IU/ml and the total live probiotics was more than 1.22× 10^9/ml. Its effective time was 12 months. The results of animal feeding experiment showed that the weight of pigs and chickens increased by 6.1% and 5.5% respectively when the basal diet supplemented by Changtaisu at 2% was used to feed diem. The results of veterinary clinic experiment indicated that the effective rate of Changtaisu curing white scour of piglets and pullorum disease was diseased 96.6% and 94.5% respectively. [Conclusion] The technique indications of Changtaisu comply with the industry standard. It is very effective in gaining weight, controlling diarrhea and decreasing odor.
